• Discuss operation(s) and objectives or concerns with management

• Review the operation(s) processes 

• Review data and metrics and make recommendations

• Identify recommended efficiency changes 

PART B 

• Evaluate and prioritize recommendations, Identify new and/or ongoing metrics required,  identify potential cost and timeline, identify targeted savings, delivery enhancements, and more 

• Develop a complete plan for recommended productivity and efficiency changes for increased efficiency, productivity, quality, improved time to completion, and profits based on preliminary consult and agreed-on actions 

• Develop a complete plan for implementations based on preliminary consult and agreed-on actions 

• Work with the management team(s) to implement Improvement plans 

• Provide limited training to and work with the front-line team

PART C 

• Set up metrics and measurements to monitor improvements as needed

• Define review and follow-up support and adjustments for completed implementations

• Provide supporting review and recommendations
